General Terms & Conditions

1. General

Following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other achievements. We contradict deviating regulations of the contracting party hereby expressly. All special agreements require the written confirmation on our part.

2. Time of the contract conclusion

By clicking the Button ' order ' you send an obligatory order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately after mailing the order. The sales contract comes off with our distribution confirmation or supply of the goods.

3. Insight into the contract text

The contract text is stored. You can see the general contract conditions at any time on this side. Your personel order data are not callable for safety reasons by internet.

4. Right of revocation

You are no more bound as a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB to your order, if you recall within one period from 2 weeks after the receipt of the goods. To send back the goods please use our return form.

Please stamp the package sufficiently, in order to avoid postage due. If you cannot refund the received good to us totally, partly or only in worsened condition, you have to pay damages in according to the value of the product. You can avoid this, by only taking a test, as it would have been possible for you in the shop and sending it without custom traces and in the original packaging back. We bear the expenses of the return of the goods, if the amount of your order is over 300 Euro.

Excluded from the return are: Goods, which are made especially for the customer or which are not suitable for the return because of their condition.

5. Guarantee

The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations. In case of a lack of the good we firstly deliver in addition or repair after your choice. If a repair is not possible or if the delivered good in addition is likewise in insufficient condition, you can send as the good back and get the full refund of the price or keep the good and reduce the price. Information about possible manufacturer warranties please read in the product documentation.

6. Delivery and payment

Starting from a purchase order value of more than 150 Euro we grant a sportdress-discount of 4% and starting from a purchase order value of more than 300 Euro we grant a sportdress-discount of 8% (except Assos and already reduced products)!

For orders which amount is greater than 100 ¤ we ship free of delivery costs inside Germany..

The terms of payment and delivery of sportdress are more shown in the purchase order form. There is no minimum order quantity. If you wish a special dispatching form we calculate it with the local surcharge. Please infer the estimated delivery time from the product description. If there is no information given, the delivery takes place within 30 days with the order acceptance. It is possible to make a agreement of a longer delivery period on your desire. We are entitled to partial deliveries on a reasonable amount. There are only additional forwarding expenses if there is an explicit agreement
7. Delivery times

Goods, which are stocked comes within 7 working days to the shipping. If there are goods, which are not stocked you receive a notification by eMail.

8. Reservation of title

Up to the complete payment the goods remains property of the company sportdress.

9. Data security explanation

We use your data exclusive for the handling of your order. All customer data is stored and processed considering to the relevant regulations of the Federal Laws for Data Protection (BDSG) and the “Teledienstdatenschutzgesetze” (TDDSG) by us.

You have the right for free information, correction, blockage and deletion of your stored data at any time. Please contact us directly or send us your demand by post office or fax.

We do not pass your personal data, including your house address and E-Mail address without your explicit acceptance to a third party. You are able to take the acceptance at any time back. Excluded of this are our service partners, which need the transmission of data (e.g. mail-order firm, credit institution). In these cases the range of the conveyed data is limited to the necessary minimum.

In this Shop the information about your customer data is only stored in the Cookies on your desire, which then can be called with your next attendance. The data stored in a Cookie avoid you the repeated filling out of the forms. You can administer the acceptance of Cookies of this side in your Browser program and close them if necessary.

10. Area of jurisdiction, place of delivery and area of jurisdiction for both parts is seat of "sportdress", if the customer is a tradesman. It applies excluding the right of the Federal Republic of Germany.
